The Integrated Servo Rotary Gripper (RM-RGM) is a dual servo gripper with clamping and rotary functions. It uses an integrated built-in controller, making the entire unit lighter and smaller, while providing strong clamping force and stable output power. The gripper has an adjustable clamping stroke of up to 16mm and a large torque range with adjustable torque. The wire outlet is located on the side and is a direct wire outlet with a wire length of 5m.
The RM-RGM has excellent motion control performance and can be used in conjunction with RM motorised grippers, actuators, slide tables, etc., to adapt to the clamping, lifting and rotating operations of different sized workpieces. Users only need to set the parameters through the RM control software platform, can achieve the same signal of multi-segment motion, to achieve continuous, smooth and accurate action execution. At the same time, users can accurately control the force, speed and position to ensure that the force will not overshoot.
