The integrated servo rotary gripper (RM-RGM) is a dual servo gripper with clamping and rotary functions. The gripper has a built-in controller and the overall design is lightweight and compact, making it lighter in weight and smaller in size. It has a strong clamping force and stable output power, with a wide range of torque, and can be adjusted. The clamping stroke is up to 16mm and the maximum torque is 0.2N.m. The wire outlet is located on the bottom surface and adopts the direct wire outlet method with a wire length of 3m.
RM-RGM has excellent motion control performance, can be used with RM electric clamping jaws, pusher, slide table, etc., to adapt to different sizes of workpiece clamping, shift load and rotation operations. Users only need to simply set the parameters through the RM control software platform, you can realise multi-segment motion to execute the same signal, and complete a series of actions continuously, smoothly and accurately. Force, speed and position can be precisely controlled at the same time to ensure that the force is not overdriven.
